Edith is an Ayurvedic Health Instructor who teaches and consults Ayurvedic lifestyle practices. She is skilled in offering practical guidance and techniques to improve client outcomes across the 6 Pillars of Health – meditation, movement, nutrition, self-care, healthy emotions, and sleep.
